Do I need to buy new cameras?
No. Eagle Vision connects to the cameras and recorders you already have. If a camera can produce a video stream through your NVR, DVR or RTSP, we can analyze it.
How long does it take to go live?
Connecting cameras usually takes one site visit. Standard use cases such as people counting or intrusion detection run from the first day. Custom use cases are trained on your own footage and scheduled with you.
Can you detect something specific to our business?
Yes. Custom rules are a large part of our work, for example a uniform standard in your kitchen, a safety rule on your site, or a process step on your line. Tell us the rule and we will show you what it takes.
Can we run several products on the same camera?
Yes. One camera can feed several use cases, for example people counting and intrusion detection at the same entrance.
Who receives the alerts?
You choose. Each use case has its own list of people, schedule and alert type. Every alert includes the image and the moment it happened.
Is the dashboard available in Arabic?
Yes. The full dashboard switches between Arabic and English, and roles separate administrators from regular users.
